What is the process for custom orders ? 

1. Fill out the custom order form by clicking on this link

2. Once approved by the designer, book your consultation

3. Meet in person or virtually to discuss the design details and take measurements.

4. There will be 1-3 in person  fittings for clients located in Ottawa.

Where are you located ? 

Our studio is located in CentreTown Ottawa

Do you travel to other cities for fittings ?

Yes, the designer can travel to your city for fittings at a fee.

When are your appointments

Our appointments are on Thursdays and Fridays.

Exceptions can applied for clients out of the city.

Do you do alterations ? 

Yes, we offer alteration services. Please click on this link to book your appointment.

How long does it take to make a custom outfit?

• Formal wear takes a minimum of 3 weeks ​

• Bridal (wedding dresses/ reception dresses) minimum of 2 months

​

What is considered a rush order ?

Any garment required under 3 weeks from the consultation date.

Additional fees will be applied.

Who provides the fabric ?

The designer usually sources the material to make the process effortless but the client is welcome to bring their own as well.

What are your prices?

• Formal wear starts at 400$++

• Wedding dresses start at 1500$++

• Bridal robes start at 350$++

*Prices are finalised at the consultation depending on the client's fabric choice and design details
